Shipping and Returns
- You may return merchandise that is in new condition
- New condition includes merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags.
- Shoes must be returned in original box
- Merchandise must be received within 60 days of original purchase date. Original purchase date is indicated on receipt or order confirmation
- Sale items are not available for return and are considered final sale
- Products may be returned for store credit with 60 days of the date of purchase
- Gift cards are not available for return or refund
- Original shipping charges are not available for refund
- To make your return refer to above conditions to ensure items are available for return.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time
- Returns for store credit are free of charge
- To make your return complete this return form. Please include the original invoice with order number with any returned items. Returns will not be processed if both of these items are not completed.
- Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received
- If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
